Courtesy Car Terms and Conditions

Our courtesy car is covered by our fully comprehensive insurance provided you are aged between 21 and 75 years with a full clean UK driving license.

When borrowing our courtesy car you agree that you will be liable for the first £350 (the excess) of any claim and also for incidental damage such as scratches, punctures, interior damage, broken aerials etc. You must notify us immdiately of any loss or damage incurred whilst the car is in your care. Alternatively, you may arrange your own cover for our vehicle and must provide us with proof of that cover.

The courtesy car must not be used by anyone other than the person named on the Agreement.

The customer named on the agreement will be liable for any penalty offences, excess parking, congestion charges, ULEZ or any other penalty incurred whilst the car is in their possession. Please note that any penalty charges will incur a £25 administration fee.

Fuel is NOT included in the agreement. We ask you to fill up with the fuel you require and/or replace any fuel you use. Any fuel not replaced will be charged.

The customer must be over the age of 21 and under the age of 75 (or using their own insurance).

The customer will be liable for any costs incurred to return the vehicle to its original condition at the commencement of the loan.

We operate a NO SMOKING policy which includes all our vehicles - please do not smoke in the courtesy car.

No pets or animals are allowed in our vehicles due to dirt and damage.

The courtesy car must be returned to us as soon as your vehicle is repaired/tested and available for collection or you may incur a charge for late return.
